Do's

  • Follow Rules: Always adhere to the rules and guidelines set by the trampoline park staff.

  • Proper Attire: Wear comfortable, athletic clothing and non-slip socks if required.
  • Control Movements: Maintain control over your movements, and avoid risky tricks unless you're experienced.
  • Be Courteous: Be mindful of other jumpers and give them space to avoid collisions.
  • Hydrate: Drink water to stay hydrated, especially on hot days.
  • Know Your Limits: Don't push yourself too hard; recognize your limits and take breaks when needed.

  • Double Bouncing: Avoid double bouncing, where two people jump at the same time on the same trampoline.
  • Flip Untrained: Don't attempt flips or advanced tricks if you're not trained or confident.
  • Jump Off Trampolines: Never jump off the trampolines onto the ground; always exit properly.
  • Overcrowding: Don't overcrowd a single trampoline; follow capacity limits.
  • Running: Avoid running or rough play on the trampolines, as it can be dangerous.
  • Jewelry and Sharp Objects: Remove jewelry and any sharp objects from your pockets before jumping.
  • Food and Drinks: Don't bring food or drinks onto the trampolines.
  • Ignoring Staff: If a staff member asks you to stop a risky behavior, listen and comply.
